National Financial Awareness Week Aug 14-20, 2018, is the National Financial Awareness Week dedicated to increasing both residents’ knowledge and competence of managing their personal finances. Within the week, we are going to pay attention to the importance of the basics of financial literacy. A number of financial institutions, schools, nonprofits, and human service agencies are going to hold various activities, events, and programs as part of their responsibilities for overall well-being. Our common mission is to show the significance of financial literacy and educate people on the basics of personal financial management.

Look what we prepare for you:

  • Daily thematic publications in local media;
  • Lecture on budgeting;
  • Booklets on credit building;
  • Educational programs on saving for emergencies;
  • Lecture on eliminating debt, etc.

Ask your Bank or Credit Union about how they are involved in Financial Awareness Week events.
