Michael McCully is an Emergency Planner with Charlevoix, Cheboygan and Emmet County Office of Emergency Management. Michael specializes in planning, developing, and coordinating natural and man-made disaster response and recovery plans. Michael provides over 30 years of experience in the public safety field. From 1985 to 2015 Michael worked as a volunteer and career Firefighter with the West Bloomfield Township Fire Department and 12 years as Fire Marshall. Michael is a certified Professional Emergency Manger, former Paramedic, Fire Inspector and Fire Investigator. He has an Associate’s Degree in EMS (Emergency Medical Services) as well as an Associates Degree in Fire Service and holds numerous certifications in the public safety field. When Michael isn’t planning for Emergencies he’s enjoying hobbies such as golf, bicycling and/or boating.
